Before the film began, TMC had interviews with those associated with the movie which was interesting to hear. And they ran the credits at the beginning back in those days - 70 years ago to be exact.
At the end of the film it was just a blank screen and nobody in the theatre got up. I don't know if people just didn't want to leave or it was because they were waiting for the credits to roll but it was entertaining.
Of course, there were quotes from the movie that stood out because they are so iconic to the film.
"Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine." - Rick
"Play it, Sam." - Isla
"Here's looking at you, kid." - Rick
"If that plane leaves the ground and you're not with him, you'll regret it. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life." - Rick
"We'll always have Paris." - Rick
"Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." - Rick
