I'm a published photographer!

So, have you picked up a copy of the July/August issue of Food Network Magazine? If not, run out and get it! And quick turn to page 80. It's my photography debut.


Imagine my surprise when I was contacted via Flickr by not one, but two different people about using my photos in their publications. At first I was in shock at even being approached then I saw the photos they wanted to use and I was like "Really?? Out of all my photos you pick those two?" -- but it fit their needs so who was I to say anything. I'm just thrilled they wanted to use my photos at all! Thank you for picking mine!!

So here I give you my debut photo in a magazine. And not just any magazine. But one of my favorites and in a segment about one of my favorite shows. Side note - the food at Alcenia's is pure heaven. Loved it!

And next, my photography debut online (well where I am given "official" credit - there are plenty of my pictures floating around without any credit). This one is of my favorite meal ever (well after turkey and dressing).... Gladys Knight's Chicken and Waffles. For use in Atlanta Schmap! I seriously tell people they HAVE to eat here if they are going to Atlanta. An absolute must.
